We believe in “keeping it simple”, following the tradition of the Cowboy Cookies. We are a family oriented business and believe that “Real Western Style BBQ is all about not messing up a good thing, by getting too fancy.” We have experience catering family reunions, company picnics, corporate events, weddings, school functions, golf outings, graduation parties, back yard parties, and bar mitzvahs.
