Drop-off catering: designed to feed large and small groups at an affordable price. You simply choose the menu items from the catering menu. We provide all the fixins’ for your gathering including:

We deliver approximately 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled eating time. All containers and utensils are disposable for easy clean up.

On-site catering: the On-site catering includes us bringing our BBQ out to the site of your function. We prepare the food, assist with the buffet lines and provide clean up for the food service area. A minimum $400 order is required for the “Chuckwagon Service” which includes:

Cowboy “Western Style” Catering: for large gatherings, Cooper’s BBQ can set up a special “Chuckwagon Buffet”
